The "Cannes Rainbow" charter was instituted in partnership with IGLTA (International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association), the Cannes Festival Hall Tourist Bureau and some fifty partners (hotels, shops, restaurants…).

The "Cannes Rainbow" passport indicates venues and providers having signed the charter and offering advantages and new privileges.
This passport is available at the Tourist Bureau and with the partners.
